Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Non CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting bulk products and plant material safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to navigate different routes while adhering to safety regulations. This is a seasonal position.
Duties
- Operate delivery vehicles, ensuring safe transportation of bulk products and plant material.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on delivery status and address any concerns.
- Navigate routes efficiently, utilizing GPS technology or maps as needed.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Helping/working in the nursery yard as needed
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus. We are willing to train too.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with moving plant material.
