What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installation Scheduling and Support Specialist position at Strathmore?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate installations, repairs and warranty jobs with builders, homeowners, warranty personnel and installers
- Direct warranty team to inspect and ensure quality of all installations and conduct warranty repair assessments as needed
- Provide customer service and support to new construction customers
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 years’ experience in scheduling, installation or customer service role in residential construction industry, knowledge of cabinets and flooring a definite plus
- Must be extremely fluent in excel and comfortable with technology
- Ability to read and interpret project drawings, scopes and specifications
- Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and solve problems quickly
- Excellent communication skills
