About the Position:
The Workforce Management Specialist will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our organization. This position involves providing expert-level support for Workforce Management systems, including scheduling and time and attendance using SAP/HR and/or UKG (formerly Kronos). The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to analyze data to identify trends and develop recommendations.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field
- 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Experience with database query/reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
