What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shared Services Delivery Model Lead position at Stratice, LLC?
About the Role:
The Workforce Management Specialist will play a lead role in executing the future vision of the shared services delivery model. This work includes defining user requirements, establishing technical specifications, enhancing productivity, quality, and customer service standards. The position will drive efficiency and consistency across support functions and focus on ensuring necessary KPIs and SLAs are met to enable consistent and efficient delivery of our shared services model to all functions.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field
- 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Experience with database query/reporting tools
- Working knowledge of Workforce Management, specifically scheduling and time and attendance using SAP/HR and/or UKG (formerly Kronos)
