Job Description:
The Workforce Management Specialist plays a key role in enriching and advancing the delivery of meaningful Workforce Management solutions in support of business objectives. This position is responsible for performing advanced and complex configuration of systems, reporting and analysis of data, and providing cross-functional information to support projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive initiatives resulting in cost savings and process efficiencies
- Research and analyze data to identify trends, uncover potential issues, and develop recommendations
- Collaborate with Human Resource Business Partners and other HR functions to enhance productivity, quality, and customer service standards
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends and delivering results to the customer
Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field and 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and experience with database query/reporting tools is valued. Working knowledge of Workforce Management, specifically scheduling and time and attendance using SAP/HR and/or UKG (formerly Kronos), is highly valued.
