Are you ready to take your construction career to the next level? We're looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to help drive high-profile commercial construction projects to success!
🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Support project managers in contractor selection, permitting & document coordination
✅ Assist in writing scopes, managing contracts & tracking project progress
✅ Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and change orders to keep everything on track
✅ Attend project meetings & collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2-5 years of APM experience with a major general contractor
✔️ Strong communication, organization & problem-solving skills
✔️ Familiarity with construction management software (CMiC preferred)
✔️ Experience in ground-up commercial construction & renovations
