We are looking for GSOC Operator Security Specialist in the Lake Charles. You will help to maintain security standards set forth by Stratigos Dynamics, Inc. The goal is to create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors, and the property of the client are safe and well-protected.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with security and external partners during emergencies and routine events
- Dispatch security officers, fire patrol officers, law enforcement, and EMS personnel as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service while supporting external partners with requests via email, radios, cameras, monitoring CCTV, and/or phone.
- Able to follow the Stratigos Dynamics, Inc. policies and procedures in any situation
- Maintain and accurately log all equipment and keys signed out and returned by security.
- Properly document every incident that comes into the GSOC and escalates to management as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency.
- Able to remain calm and handle high-stress situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and able to multitask.
Candidates shall have/possess or be able to possess the following:
- Security Guard License issued by LSBPSE
- Reliable transportation
- Basic Tablet/Smart Phone Applications Skills
- Clean Criminal Background
- Clean driving record
- Must have the ability to pick up to 50lbs
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: 7 On / 7 Off, 12-hour day shifts. 7a.m.-7p.m.
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Security Guard/Corrections: 1 year (Preferred)
- Law Enforcement: 1 year (Preferred)
- Military: 3 years (Preferred)
- IT: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Prior experience in dispatch, call center, or a GSOC environment
License/Certifications
- Unexpired Driver's License (Required)
- Louisiana Guard Card (Preferred)
- Clean Criminal Background (Required)
- Valid TWIC Card (Must have before the first day of employment)
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report (Required)
Benefit Conditions: Only Full-Time-time employees are eligible for company benefits (after 60 days of employment).
The first 90 days of your employment will be under a probationary period.
