About the Role - As an Embedded Engineer at Sceye, you will be instrumental in developing and integrating advanced software and hardware for our state-of-the-art airships. Ideal candidates will have a solid foundation in electrical or computer engineering, mathematics, or physics, coupled with practical experience in embedded systems programming. Your work will be crucial to ensuring seamless and efficient system operations.
Responsibilities -
- Develop and integrate sophisticated software and hardware components for embedded systems.
- Write efficient C or Rust code for bare-metal applications and C / C for Linux environments.
- Create and manage bash scripts for system automation.
- Design network applications utilizing Unix Sockets and SocketCAN protocols.
- Optimize performance with 32-bit microcontrollers and cross-compiling tools.
- Ensure system compatibility and functionality, leveraging RF knowledge for troubleshooting.
- Use advanced test instruments like DMMs, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers for system validation.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure project success.
