Manufacturing Process Improvement Manager for Strativ Group
We are seeking an experienced manufacturing process improvement manager to join our team in refining our high-altitude platform systems (HAPS) manufacturing processes. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and design teams to develop and implement quality control processes and ensure top-tier compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and design teams to refine product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and audits to ensure top-tier compliance.
- Lead corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) to drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize data analysis & statistical methods to optimize manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering.
- Strong knowledge of QMS & industry standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.).
- Proficiency in test automation (Python, LabView) and HIL/SIL testing.
- Experience with root cause analysis, risk management, and FMEA.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
