Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and design teams to refine product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and audits to ensure top-tier compliance.
- Lead corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze data and utilize statistical methods to optimize manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering.
- Strong understanding of QMS & industry standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.).
- Proficient in test automation (Python, LabView) and HIL/SIL testing.
- Experience with root cause analysis, risk management, and FMEA.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
