We're Seeking a Quality Engineer for a Full-Time Position

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control processes to exceed customer and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and design teams to refine product quality.
Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to maintain top-tier compliance.
Lead corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) to drive continuous improvement.
Utilize data analysis & statistical methods to enhance manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
3 years of experience in quality engineering (preferably aerospace, manufacturing, or technical industries).
Strong knowledge of QMS & industry standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.).
Proficiency in test automation (Python, LabView) and HIL/SIL testing.
Experience with root cause analysis, risk management, and FMEA.
A team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
