Strativ is excited to support our Aviation client in their search for a Contract Senior Functional Test Engineer to join a dynamic and innovative Powertrain Integration team on a 12 Month contract with the likelihood of extending.
This team is at the forefront of integrating and verifying cutting-edge powertrain systems, focusing on energy storage, propulsion, and thermal subsystems.
What you will do :
- Oversee developmental system testing efforts within the Powertrain Integration team.
- Create detailed test plans and procedures to assemble and instrument test articles, ensuring data collection is reliable, consistent, and repeatable.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues encountered during testing.
- Interpret test data and deliver comprehensive reports to Systems and Design Engineering teams.
