What We Do:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to exceed customer and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and design teams to refine product quality.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to maintain top-tier compliance.
- Lead corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) to drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize data analysis & statistical methods to enhance manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in quality engineering (preferably aerospace, manufacturing, or technical industries).
- Strong knowledge of QMS & industry standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.).
- Proficiency in test automation (Python, LabView) and HIL/SIL testing.
- Experience with root cause analysis, risk management, and FMEA.
- A team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
