Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Digital Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of digital advertising and a passion for driving results through data-driven strategies. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with internship experience in paid advertising to develop their skills in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and target audiences.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Assist in developing targeted ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
Ad Creation & Optimization:
- Craft compelling ad copy and visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
- Implement effective keyword research and targeting strategies.
- Set appropriate bids and budget allocations.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad variations to identify optimal performance.
Campaign Execution and Monitoring:
- Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to campaign settings.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights.
- Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- Present findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable improvements.
Staying Updated:
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, updates, and best practices in paid advertising platforms.
- Explore new features and functionalities to optimize campaign performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Has experience in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field and/or is working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Prior internship experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with major paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent copywriting skills to craft engaging ad content.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills to convey campaign performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with analytics tools such as SEMrush, Salesforce, Hubspot, Ahrefs, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they integrate with paid advertising.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting salary range: $45,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience.
