This is a full-time, entry-level role, perfect for someone with a degree in Human Resources and either some relevant work experience or an HR internship(s) under their belt.
As our HR Coordinator, you'll be a key player in keeping our HR department running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment and Onboarding : Helping out with job postings, screening resumes, performing initial phone screenings, setting up interviews, and welcoming new hires.
Employee Records : Keeping employee files up to date with all their personal info, benefits, and job history.
HR Administration : Handling the day-to-day HR tasks like payroll, preparing documents and answering employee questions.
Compliance : Making sure we're following labor laws and company policies and keeping sensitive info confidential.
Training and Development : Setting up training sessions and professional development programs for our team.
Employee Relations : Helping the HR team address employee concerns and maintain our positive work environment.
Who We're Looking For
Education : A bachelor’s degree in human resources.
Experience : Some relevant HR experience or an HR internship.
Skills : Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
Tech Savvy : Comfortable with Microsoft Office and HR software / databases.
People Skills : Able to work well in a team and interact professionally with everyone.
Adaptability : Ready to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
