We are searching for a friendly and energetic HR Coordinator to join our team at Stratos Wealth Partners. This is a full-time, entry-level role, perfect for someone with a degree in Human Resources and either some relevant work experience or an HR internship(s) under their belt. As our HR Coordinator, you'll be a key player in keeping our HR department running smoothly.
- Recruiting and Onboarding :
0 Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling phone screenings for the hiring of both Stratos and Stratos advisor staff.
0 Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
0 Preparing and sharing concise candidate summaries with hiring teams to facilitate informed decision-making.
0 Coordinating the administration of pre-employment assessments, such as DISC and Wonderlic, and ensuring timely completion by candidates.
0 Supporting new hire onboarding, including preparing documentation, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring a seamless introduction to the company.
Employee Records : Keeping employee files up to date with personal information, benefits, and job history.Payroll- Process semi-monthly payroll for our 100-person company.HR Administration : Handling the day-to-day HR tasks like preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and answering employee questions.Benefits Administration : Assisting with our employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.HR Compliance : Making sure we're following labor laws and company policies and keeping sensitive info confidential.Employee Relations : Helping the HR team address employee concerns and creating a positive work environment. Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.Experience : Relevant HR work experience or successful completion of an HR internship.Skills & Competencies
