Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Senior Advisor team and be responsible for investment-related client service
- Perform daily trading and rebalancing of portfolios with high attention to detail
- Assist with economic, market, industry, and company-specific research and analysis
- Responsible for monitoring all trading activity and performing various account reconciliations
- Review and respond to account drift reports
- Provide exceptional client engagement in person, over the phone and in writing
- Promptly and professionally respond to client inquiries
- Follow industry policies and requirements on all documentation
- Run and print reports to support the broader client service team
- Adhere to all compliance standards
