Project Supervisor
Rate of pay: $20.00/hr (75% Travel Required)
Project Supervisors are responsible for project set up, managing customer deliverables and team member expectations and general supervision. Ongoing training with team to maintain consistent work and communication with customers and employees. Project Supervisors travel to the manufacturing plants, where the parts are being made or the warehouses where the parts are being stored to supervise our teams of quality inspectors.
Project Supervisors create an atmosphere where the individual is recognized and foster an environment for employee growth. Project Supervisors work together with their teams and customers to solve problems.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ensure all teams within assigned locations operate in compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Develop work instructions and provide training to team leaders and inspectors on proper project procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Complete all required training programs and courses.
- Adhere to company policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Positive attitude with a self-motivated approach to tasks.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) customer relations.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Availability to travel to customer facilities on short notice if needed.
- Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Schedule Flexibility: Shift duration may vary between 8 to 12 hours depending on the location.
