Team Leader
Rate of pay: $18.00/hr (100% Travel Required)
Team Leader Job Summary:
The Team Leader plays a key role in project setup, managing customer deliverables, and supervising team members. This position ensures smooth operations by providing ongoing training, maintaining effective communication with customers and employees, and overseeing quality inspection processes. Team Leaders travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to supervise inspection teams, ensuring that work meets quality standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure all teams at assigned locations adhere to operational and safety standards.
- Develop work instructions and train inspectors on proper procedures specific to each project.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and project success.
- Act as the interim job leader when the project supervisor is unavailable.
- Conduct part inspections to verify quality standards.
- Provide guidance and leadership to team members, fostering a productive work environment.
- Ensure team members have the necessary tools, equipment, and gauges, and verify proper usage.
- Communicate with customers and job site contacts to clarify requirements and expectations.
- Complete necessary project documentation accurately and on time.
- Participate in required training sessions to stay updated on industry standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Availability to travel to customer facilities on short notice if needed.
- The candidate must be able to travel regularly to Acworth, GA - Newnan, GA - Adairsville, GA - Carrolton, GA - LaGrange, GA and Douglasville, GA . Travel expenses, including mileage, will be reimbursed in accordance with SQ policy.
The candidate must be available to work both 1st and 2nd shift hours as required by business needs.
