Guest Service Associates work in the game room or at the front desk.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Welcome guests with energy and excitement—first impressions matter!

· Assist guests with check-ins, game cards, reservations, and general questions.

· Keep the fun rolling by helping guests navigate and operate all the awesome activities we offer.

· Game Room Associates will be assisting guests with arcade games and operating XD Theater.

· Ensure all areas are clean, organized and presentable for our guests (including front desk, bowling lanes, arcade and bathrooms.)

· Engage with customers in a way that’s friendly, helpful, and full of personality.

· Solve problems on the fly and ensure guests have an unforgettable time.

· Work as part of a high-energy team to create a smooth, exciting atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:

· Positive, outgoing personality—you bring the good vibes!

· Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced, fun-filled environment.

· Customer service skills (experience is a plus, but an awesome attitude is key!).

· Ability to answer phones confidently and provide great phone etiquette.

· Team player mentality—we work together to make the magic happen.

· Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.

· Availability to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays.

· Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
