ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Key contributor in developing 5 Year Plan.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with Sales team to support business initiatives.
- Create and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
- Provide training and support to CRM users across the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvements.
- Develop and present strategic plans and progress reports to senior management.
CRM Oversight:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CRM systems.
- Ensure CRM data integrity and accuracy.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for improving customer engagement.
- Train and support staff on CRM best practices and usage.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
- Proven experience in strategic project management and CRM oversight.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership experience with a track record of motivating high-performing teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis languages.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA Preferred).
- 5 years of experience in a CRM role or similar role.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
