Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute a strategic talent acquisition plan to attract top talent at all levels.
- Lead and manage a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring consistency and efficiency in recruitment processes.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and build strategies to meet those needs.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from recruitment to onboarding.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to measure recruitment success and continuously improve processes.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within talent acquisition to ensure diverse and equitable hiring practices.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
- Lead the development and implementation of learning and development programs that align with the company’s growth and development goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing coaching and mentoring opportunities for high-potential employees.
- Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to align talent strategies with overall business objectives.
- Work closely with HR and leadership to design programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Analyze employee feedback and survey results to identify trends and areas of opportunity to improve organizational culture.
- Design and implement initiatives that promote employee wellness and work-life balance.
- Monitor turnover rates and develop retention strategies tailored to different employee demographics.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent strategy, organizational development, and culture.
- Champion organizational change management efforts in alignment with business goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the talent strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting firms and agencies as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, and organizational development, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and technologies, including recruitment marketing and employer branding.
- Experience in creating and executing leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and act on talent data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align talent strategy with organizational goals and culture.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance issues, as well as best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Experience with HRIS systems and talent management platforms.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and manage complex projects.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a nice to have but not required.
