Stratton Amenities is a full-service concierge solution providing luxury, hotel-style front desk services for upscale apartments and condominium buildings. Our mission is to create the most hospitable experience for our associates, residents, and clients.
We are seeking a professional, assertive, and hospitality-driven Concierge & Security team member to join our team at a luxury residential high-rise in downtown Austin. This role is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality and front desk operations, combined with experience in security or safety procedures. The right candidate will be personable and proactive, with the ability to provide exceptional service while ensuring the safety and security of residents and guests.

Shifts Available:
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Must be available for weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Hospitality & Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and assist residents and visitors with a welcoming attitude
- Provide exceptional service by anticipating residents' needs and offering personalized assistance
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and resident requests professionally
- Handle package deliveries, inventory, and secure storage
- Coordinate concierge services such as transportation, reservations, housekeeping, and event planning
- Foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, and contractors
- Safety & Security Responsibilities:
- Monitor lobby, property access points, and security cameras to ensure a safe environment
- Conduct routine patrols of the property and common areas
- Enforce building policies and manage access for guests, vendors, and deliveries
- Address and de-escalate situations involving unauthorized individuals on or near the property
- Communicate effectively with building management, security teams, and local authorities when necessary
- Respond promptly to emergencies and follow proper incident reporting procedures
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Strong hospitality experience (hotel, luxury residential, or upscale customer service)
- Previous security experience or training is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, assertive, and proactive in handling security-related concerns
- Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum two years of hospitality, concierge, or front desk experience
- Security, law enforcement, or loss prevention experience is a plus
- Experience working in luxury residential or hotel environments preferred
- Proficiency with security and access control systems is beneficial
