Role Description
We are seeking a Advisor Assistant, Planning Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time, on-site role with hours of operation :
- Monday to Thursday : 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
- Friday : 9 : 00 AM to 1 : 00 PM
The role also requires occasional attendance at evening client events , with staff participation scheduled on a rotating basis.
In this role, you will work closely with our advisors to provide essential support for client relationship management, meeting preparation, and new business pipeline coordination. This includes preparing applications, supporting documents, and service forms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
