  • Health system in beautiful CT River Valley seeks concierge physician to take over for retiring Provider.
  • Retiring physician would transition new provider and share call initially

    • New provider would initially have a 450-patient panel , approximately 95% of whom are 65 with long term goal of adding another provider upon senior physician retirement

    • Occasional home visits and nursing home / independent living / retirement community patients
    • Provider should be available as needed via cellphone
    • Very competitive base plus bonus and full benefits
