The Tommy’s Express Car Wash team at Weston is hiring! We are looking for an Assistant Site Leader. In this role, you have the opportunity to train alongside our Site Leader and learn all aspects of the car wash site, with special emphasis on exceptional guest service and team leadership. What we expect from our Assistant Site Leader:
- 1 Year of retail managerial experience – in a fast-paced position that highlights your proven success in exceptional customer service and exemplary supervision – required
- Flexible schedule – ability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends – required
- Passion – this isn’t just a job, we are providing first-class customer service – required
- Eagerness to learn and succeed – No car wash experience? No problem. As long as you bring your drive and initiative, we can teach you! – required
- Basic computer skills – if you can maneuver an iPad, you can run the wash – required
- Education – High School Diploma/GED is required but bonus points if you have a Degree in Business Administration or related field.
