Job Summary

The Seasonal Line Cook at Stratton Mountain Resort is a critical team player responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for food production and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure food production meets recipe standards and product specifications.
• Expedite as needed to optimize efficiency in ticket times.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor to ensure optimal teamwork.
• Adhere to all resort safety and food sanitation procedures and take initiative to be proficient in applicable standard operating procedures.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• 2 years experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, great attitude, exceptional personal grooming standards.
• Knowledge of Vermont Health codes.
