POSITION SUMMARY
The Guest Service Representative will operate from both The Black Bear Lodge and The Stratton Welcome Center. Representatives are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. We are looking for friendly, proactive individuals who excel in customer service and possess strong computer skills. Full-time year-round and seasonal opportunities are available for this position, with compensation set at $20.00 / hour.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience : Previous customer service experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
