Role Description
The Employee Housing Caretaker plays a crucial role in maintaining the comfort and safety of our team members' living environment. This includes performing daily and weekly inspections of common areas and rooms, conducting general system checks, maintaining the grounds, removing snow, and assisting with light maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will also provide first response to maintenance concerns and oversee contractors completing projects.
Requirements
We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual with previous experience in caretaking, janitorial, or maintenance roles. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, building repairs, plumbing, and electrical maintenance, as well as excellent communication skills. A valid driver's license and ability to operate a pick-up truck are also required.
