Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Residential Project Manager located in Jacksonville, FL, with the flexibility of some work from home. The Residential Project Manager will be responsible for expediting projects, validating trade pricing, managing field superintendents and overseeing the team logistics to ensure timely completion and quality builds within the residential division.
Qualifications
- Project Management in Residential Construction (ground up, expansion, kitchen bath)
- Expeditor and Expediting experience
- Knowledge of construction inspection processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong blueprint skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft suite of products as well as others)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience (min 6 years) with residential construction projects is required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is not required but a plus
