POSITION SUMMARY: Provides support to Stratum’s Executive Search division in the form of talent finding, candidate sourcing, administrative tasks, data entry duties, etc..
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor‘s Degree required.
Licensure/Certification: None
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience within a professional workplace and preferably within a recruitment environment. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Organizational/Planning Skills: Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently and assess priorities.
Flexibility: Must be willing to work occasional evening and/or weekend hours if needed.

Travel: (<15%) Must be able to participate in occasional travel (day trips & overnights) to conduct; client intake meetings, candidate interviews, candidate presentations, etc.
RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to: Executive Director, Partnerships
Areas of Responsibility: Stratum’s executive and professional recruitment functions.
Supervises: N/A
Relationships: Stratum – Director of Executive Search and Business Services, All Executive Search Services team members, all Stratum leadership, as well as shareholder and client leadership/executives, HR departments and recruitment support staff
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists Executive Search Leadership in many functions of executive search processes, but predominantly in areas of candidate sourcing and client correspondence
- Assists in information intake on all new executive/professional searches through client engagements and meetings
- Helps develop and implement sourcing plans as well as posting and promotional material including position and community profiles
- Answers client phone calls and resolves or escalates matters as appropriate
- Utilizes recruitment resources and technologies including; LinkedIn, Stratum’s Database, shareholder & client contacts as well as telephone and email to source both active and passive candidates
- Develops calling scripts and executes strategies to find passive candidates
- Reviews resumes, CVs, online profiles, etc. to determine applicant viability
- Executes a thorough screening process of considered candidates for applicability to specific roles
- Conducts preliminary candidate phone interviews as well as participates in advanced interview processes when applicable. Takes notes and presents detailed summaries/profiles of viable candidates to clients
- Conducts compensation research
- Seeks appropriate organizational charts/diagrams
- Conducts verbal and/or written professional references on candidates as assigned
- Maintains candidate correspondence including; document sharing, status updates, etc.
- Develops candidate summaries, shareholder/client organization profiles and constructs informational packets for clients
- Helps in facilitating onsite candidate visits when applicable
- Tracks expenses and facilitates monthly billing process
- Maintains executive search areas of Stratum’s applicant tracking system (ATS) and Client Management Software (CMS) database.
- Uploads candidates/applicants information into ATS including resume, cover letter, etc.
- Maintains candidate pre-screens, documentation, records, etc.
- Documents candidate status updates in internal database.
- Maintains CMS through updating records, correspondence, candidate tracking, future tasks, etc.
- As requested, works on assigned selective projects as directed by Stratum Leadership.
- Exemplifies high professional standards and participates in appropriate continuing education activities.
- Adheres to and enforces Stratum Administrative and Departmental policies and procedures.
