What are the responsibilities and job description for the System Administrator - Level 1 - Tier 2 Field Support position at Stratum Networks?
Stratum Networks is a rapidly growing information assurance and cybersecurity solutions company that provides high-end network and security consulting to Department of Defense and Intelligence Community clients. We are looking for a talented and passionate candidate who would support one of our clients located in the Annapolis Junction, MD.
CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH POLYGRAPH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
Job Description:
Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
● May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
● Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
● Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
● Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
Monday-Friday 11am-7pm

Salary: $84k - $171k depending on experience and contract.
Excellent benefits package, including up to 3 weeks paid vacation and 11 paid holidays. Eligible for health care (single and family) immediately. 401(k) plan with employer match available.
Qualifications:
Must meet contract level requirements for appropriate position. Five (5) years system administrator experience with bachelors degree. Can substitute 5 years additional experience in place of degree.
