Position: Regional Manager
Location: Oregon (Portfolio-Based)
Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, Exempt
Schedule: Full-time

What You’ll Do
- Oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring top-tier operational and financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop property management teams to excel in resident satisfaction and compliance.
- Optimize budgets, approve payroll, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning.
- Responsible for pricing, marketing, and capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with all landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and company policies.
- Spearhead marketing strategies, oversee property websites, and maximize occupancy rates.
- On-call for emergencies, supporting teams and ensuring seamless operations.
What You Bring
- A proven leader with at least 3 years of portfolio management experience.
- A strong grasp of property operations, financial performance, and compliance.
- Experience with budgeting, vendor negotiations, and strategic planning.
- CAM or CPM designation preferred (or willingness to pursue).
- Yardi experience? A plus!
- Ability to drive marketing initiatives and optimize leasing strategies.
- A collaborative, solutions-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
