Location: Wings Field, Blue Bell, PA
The Account Manager for Cirrus Aircraft plays a pivotal role in overseeing customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This position involves close collaboration with the Director of Flight Operations, Flight School Team, Maintenance Team, Charter/Operations Team, Cirrus Partners, and FBO managers.
- Customer Relationships: Proactively manage customer accounts, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Flight Training: Act as a liaison for flight students in the Cirrus Training Center, assisting with scheduling, billing, and related tasks.
- Sales: Partner with the Sales team to meet customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and generate new leads.
- Technical Support: Provide in-depth technical and product knowledge, addressing inquiries promptly in coordination with the Cirrus Maintenance Team.
- Updates & Maintenance: Update Nav Databases and Jeppesen charts on all managed aircraft, confirm billing for updates, and coordinate with the detailer to ensure all aircraft cleanings are completed.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
- Account Management: Maintain accurate records, ensure timely account payments, and manage invoices efficiently.
- Planning: Prepare cost estimates for customer projects and coordinate with the finance team to ensure seamless invoice processing.
- Travel: Visit customer sites as needed to discuss projects, understand customer requirements, and strengthen relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Scheduling Requirements This role is based at Wings Field in Blue Bell, PA. The position may occasionally require participation in after-hours or weekend events, as well as some travel.
