JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Franchise Business Consultant for the #1 Commercial Cleaning company in the US, your primary goal will be to develop trusted relationships with our Unit Franchise Owners as well as our current and potential Clientele. With extensive training, strong support teams, and continual opportunity for growth, our Franchise Business Consultants develop the skills to coach and develop our Franchisees into successful business owners.
RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)
- Cultivate relationships with both Stratus clientele and franchisees.
- Address and resolve client complaints.
- Conduct quality audits to maintain high service standards.
- Facilitate the startup of services for new clients.
- Manage transfers of service between franchisees.
- Quote and sell one-time services to existing clients.
- Train new franchisees.
- Conduct quarterly meetings with franchisees.
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships
- Stay up to date on industry and market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify innovative business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Franchise Business Consultants, Office Managers, and the Regional Director to learn about the client's needs, position Stratus’ comprehensive solutions, and deliver a seamless transition of trust with the operational partner – the Franchise Owner

- Some nights and weekends based on need for account transfers and training of franchisees.
- Little to no overnight travel required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess the following:
- Valid Driver’s License
- HS Diploma or GED
- Preferred, but not required, experience in Janitorial, Floor Care, and Carpet knowledge.
- Proficiency in multitasking with follow through on tasks to completion.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English is preferred).
- Ability to efficiently resolve a diverse range of customer issues.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Desire to 'coach' and build teams.
- Computer literacy, including internet navigation and proficiency in Google Workspace.
- HubSpot and LinkedIn familiarity is a plus.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Effective communication abilities with people from various backgrounds.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Experience in multiunit, multilocation, restaurant service, or franchising is a plus.

- Base: $55,000 with commissions and bonuses.
