Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with the Marketing Coordinator on website and graphic design projects using InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct marketing research to identify trends and opportunities within the real estate market.
• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including SEO initiatives.
• Engage with social media platforms to enhance our online presence.
• Support ongoing construction projects with marketing insights and materials.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

• Proficiency in website design and graphic design tools (InDesign, Adobe).
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and various social media platforms.
• A creative mindset with the ability to work independently.
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
