Overview
Job Summary : A primary role of the Customer Service Associate is to process inquiries sent to the division’s centralized order distribution system. This includes order creation, uploading files, and verifying the preliminary information submitted by the customer. Provides an outstanding level of customer service to internal and external customers in conjunction with customer KPI’s in an accurate, timely, efficient and professional manner. Displays a welcoming disposition and reinforces the ease of conducting business with our organization.
