Responsibilities
Assist with general follow up of documents needed in order to onboard a FP; questionnaires, COI, W9.
Management of expired / expiring COIs and communicate with Field Partners as required.
Collaborate with internal and external business partners to locate and secure Field Partner options as required based on scope of work, budget and client requirements.
Assist with daily management of Field Partner records within the proprietary systems and network.
Manage and complete all assigned FP requests within SLA expectations.
Communicate any administrative issues and concerns to Managers
Being a resource for the Field Partner Management Team concerning administrative research and integrity of data.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Participate in department or customer conference calls as required.
Complete reporting as assigned.
Assist with other project support as requested by management team.
Qualifications
Skills
Computer Skills – Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
Ability to prioritize jobs based on urgency, customer expectations, importance
Ability to maintain calm and focus in a deadline-driven, multi-tasking environment
Attention to detail and ability to design creative solutions is a must

Education, experience, certifications
High School graduate or equivalent required
College graduate or minimum of 2 years industry experience preferred

Position may require working before or after regularly scheduled hours as business needs arise
