Construction Administrator
Zyscovich is searching for a Construction Administrator to contribute to our highly innovative and diverse team of professionals.
Duties :
- Conduct on-site observations, prepare and distribute reports
- Aid in coordinating all architectural and sub-consultant activities related to construction contract administration, including process sketches and permit revisions , field observations, reports, change orders and pay requests.
- Assist with reviewing project submittals and review, coordinate and respond to RFIs.
- Compile, evaluate and present feedback information related to necessary changes in construction documents.
- Assist with reviewing contractor’s project drawings, warranties and other post-construction submittals.
- Communicate effectively and maintain proactive working relationship with clients and contractors.
