Stratus is seeking a highly skilled Data Reporting Manager/Lead to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing data reporting projects, working closely with the business to gather and organize reporting demands, and executing reporting solutions in a Power BI environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data reporting and analysis, particularly in the P&C (Property and Casualty) Specialty domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate those into actionable insights.
- Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of reporting solutions, with a focus on Power BI.
- Organize and structure data to support business intelligence needs, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Drive process improvements to streamline reporting workflows and improve data access and usage.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the business, providing strategic insights through reporting and data analysis.
- Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of business reporting needs.
- Lead Experience: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data reporting and likely have people leadership experience or demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team collaboration.
- Strong experience with Data Reporting using Power BI and an ability to communicate complex data to stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the P&C Specialty industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and business leaders.
- Proven ability to organize and manage multiple reporting demands and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Required:
- Microsoft Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
- Azure SQL Database for data management and queries.
- Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data pipeline orchestration.
- Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) (limited experience is acceptable).
- JSON for data exchange and management.
- Percipience Data Magnifier as our underlying data store.
