At Stratus Wound Care, we specialize in providing advanced wound care to patients in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, adult care homes, and private residences.
Position Details:
Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) as a 1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation will be $125 per patient visit with generous bonus plan available after 30 days
Requirements:
Must be able to travel within a 75-mile radius of your assigned location
Valid APRN/Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. Licensed in Kentucky (Preferred)
Strong knowledge of wound care principles, techniques, and evidence-based practices (preferred)
Commitment to providing high-quality wound care.
Responsibilities:
Assessing and evaluating patients' wounds to determine the appropriate treatment plan
Cleaning, debriding, and dressing wounds using aseptic techniques
Monitoring and documenting wound healing progress
Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop comprehensive care plans
