Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate and timely invoices.
- Process payments and apply them to the correct accounts.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of billing and payment transactions.
- Assist with month-end close procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on billing regulations and industry standards.
- Utilize billing software to generate reports and analyze data.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing.
- Assist others in department as needed.

Computer/typing skills – Microsoft Excel
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet internal and external customer deadlines
Handle stress of high-pressure deadlines
Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Accounting knowledge
Education, experience, certifications
- High School Diploma
- One – three years of related experience
- Working toward a Finance or Accounting degree preferred.
Physical and mental demands
- Lifting maximum of 50 lbs.
