Guidewire Integration Architect

Stratus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guidewire Integration Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions for the Guidewire Insurance Suite. You will play a key role in ensuring that our systems are seamlessly integrated, optimized, and aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Design and Architecture:
• Design and architect integration solutions for Guidewire Insurance Suite applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) with other internal and external systems.
• Develop high-level architectural solutions that ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Ensure that integration solutions comply with industry standards, best practices, and security protocols.
• Implementation and Development:
• Lead the technical implementation of integration projects, including defining the scope, setting timelines, and managing resources.
• Develop and maintain integration services using Guidewire’s Integration tools, including GOSU, GX Model, and integration frameworks like SOAP/RESTful services, MQ, JMS, etc.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful integration testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and integration specialists.
• Act as the primary point of contact for integration-related queries and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operation.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Guidewire technologies and industry trends.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in integration processes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Guidewire Integration, with a strong background in Guidewire Insurance Suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
• Proven experience as an Integration Architect, with a deep understanding of integration patterns, tools, and technologies.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Guidewire Integration technologies, including GOSU, GX Model, and integration frameworks (SOAP, REST, JMS, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Java, XML, JSON, and other relevant programming and scripting languages.
