Job Summary:
Stratus is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Architecture to lead design and project management efforts while fostering strong client relationships. This role requires a licensed architect with experience in both design and project execution, as well as business development responsibilities in a seller-doer capacity.
Primary Essential Functions:
- Lead architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring design excellence and technical accuracy.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client and firm expectations.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, fostering strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Oversee project documentation, quality control, and compliance with codes and regulations.
- Participate in business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an ABET-accredited school.
- 5-7 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to balance project leadership with business development (seller-doer model).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
