Primary Essential Functions
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates across all levels of the organization.
- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure the team meets hiring goals.
- Collaborate with department leaders and HR business partners to understand workforce needs, align recruitment strategies, and create accurate job descriptions.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
- Actively manage and work on assigned requisitions, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure timely fulfillment of critical hiring needs while balancing leadership responsibilities.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand by promoting the organization’s culture, values, and career opportunities through social media, events, and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a diverse talent pipeline by leveraging job boards, networking events, university partnerships, and other sourcing channels.
- Use data-driven insights to monitor recruitment metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Negotiate offers with candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational compensation structures and candidate expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to enhance talent acquisition strategies and processes.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Work collaboratively and effectively with clients and colleagues including cross-functional teams, peers, direct reports, and leadership, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- An acceptable combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, CTAS, CIR, PRC).
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for the AEC industry.
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working at a computer or attending meetings.
- Frequent use of standard office equipment, including computers, keyboards, telephones, and printers.
- Occasional light physical activity such as walking, standing, or carrying materials (up to 20 lbs.).
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, and through written communication.
