Title: Data Analyst Location: Rhode Island Experience: 9 Job Description:
Work closely with business managers, technical managers, and the solution architect to deliver innovative learning solutions that meet user needs and business requirements.
Ensure smooth data exchange between the LMS and third-party systems, such as Oracle HCM, Saba, Fuel50, etc., through API and batch files.
Conduct debugging and troubleshooting to identify and resolve software defects or issues reported during QA testing.
Write SQL queries to pull relevant data points from central data sources such as AWS Data Lake or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Create integrations within Oracle s SaaS service (OIC) to transmit data between data sources, leveraging pre-built API connectors where applicable.
Ensure smooth deployment of new features, bug fixes, and patches with minimal disruption to users.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards. Document software designs, processes, and troubleshooting steps to assist future development teams with code maintenance.
Provide ongoing technical support for learning platforms, assisting users and internal teams as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integrations, performance, or bugs affecting the learner experience.
