Summary
The Client Service Associate is responsible for collaborating with our Financial Planning Specialist and broader team across Insurance Service, Client Onboarding, CRM, other relevant client communication, and marketing efforts.
In this dynamic role, the CSA will interact frequently with clients and collaborate regularly with team members.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Champion a comprehensive client onboarding and ongoing service process to assure clients receive the highest-level experience
- Insurance Servicing Support
- Manage Client Relationship Management (CRM) database to ensure accuracy and maximize the value of this tool
- Implement marketing campaigns and facilitate client communications
- Meet with clients to assure they are benefiting from our online access and services
- Schedule meetings and appropriate follow-up
Qualifications
- A clear and constant commitment to facilitate an outstanding client experience
- High-level attention to detail and strong oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to champion and implement ideas and to improve related processes
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Service and marketing experience preferred
- Financial services experience strongly preferred
- VA Life, Health, Disability and Long-Term Care licenses strongly preferred. If not already held, the candidate will obtain insurance licensing.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
