- Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective buyers.
- Provide clients with in-depth property information, including features, pricing, and neighborhood details.
- Ensure properties are in top condition for showings, coordinating with homeowners and listing agents as needed.
- Gather feedback from potential buyers and communicate it effectively to the lead agent.
- Assist with open houses and other marketing efforts to attract buyers.
- Stay up to date on market trends, neighborhood developments, and inventory.
- Ensure a professional and seamless experience for clients by answering questions and addressing concerns during showings.
Requirements
- Active real estate license in Florida
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Highly organized with great time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple properties.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software, scheduling tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed, by appoint only.
