The Strauch Companies (ARCO AMPM) is seeking to hire experienced Car Wash Managers.
The Car Wash Manager will be responsible for the car wash operating efficiently, safety standards met, and employees trained in all aspects of the car was operations. To be accountable for all aspects of running an efficient site. A Car Wash Manager is expected to work various work schedules and days with half hour lunch break. Managers must be available by phone to deal with any and all emergencies. If a manager cannot be at the site on the above stated hours, the manager must notify their Supervisor prior to 5:30 AM that morning.
Upbeat friendly voice, smile, move fast and SELL, SELL, SELL! Build Customer Loyalty. Provide the best customer service possible to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction. You are expected to sell car washes and various related products to retail customers. Maintain Facility, merchandise products to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Pay: $18.50/hr plus biweekly commission
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possesses managerial experience with at least one year management experience in related field.
- Have the ability to effectively supervise and motivate employees in a team environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Effective customer service skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Good cash handling skills.
- Requires an individual who must relate positively with employees, the public and government personnel.
- Be able to use operational tools to manage business.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and an automobile in good working condition, which may be used for company business.
Wage depends on experience. Benefits with a full time position.
