**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at STRAUCH & COMPANY.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional customer service.
- Sell gasoline, car washes, tobacco products, beer, hot food, bakery, candy, and other related products to retail customers.
- Maintain the facility, including cleaning and preparing products to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Cash handling, customer service, receiving and stocking, ABC compliance, and preparation of a frequently changing menu of fast food.
- Operate and maintain facility equipment in a safe manner.
- Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain assigned areas.
- Take inventory of items, count money, and balance reports in accordance with company policy.
Requirements:
- Able to work various shifts, weekends, extended hours, and change work schedules on short notice.
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Able to stand in a confined space for hours at a time.
- Able to work outside during all seasons.
